Business Development Manager

We are looking for a seasoned SDR professional based out of Gurugram, India. You are expected to own building the sales pipeline through inbound & outbound channels to support the revenue goals of the business. Services: HR Consulting & Advisory & ERP implementation Key Responsibilities: - Prospecting & Lead Generation: Conduct outbound & inbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to identify and engage with potential customers. - Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough research to gather information about prospects and understand their pain points. - Lead Nurturing: Engage with leads through multiple touchpoints to educate them about Transitials value proposition and build relationships. Understand their challenges and needs to position Transitials’ services as a solution. - Value Demonstrations: Collaborate with internal teams to take up advanced stage discussions for qualified leads. Ensure a smooth handoff of leads to the sales team. - CRM Hygiene Management: Help creating a consolidated view of all the leads, activities, and interactions. Enter accurate and up-to-date information in the trackers. Track progress and update sales opportunities accordingly. - Deal Closure Push: Navigate through the internal red-tape of the prospect and build multiple champions to bring the deal home. Ideal Skills: - Exceptional communication skills. As a BDM, you will be dealing frequently with clients and possibly team members, so stellar verbal and written communication skills are critical. This role necessitates a blend of technology industry understanding, client relation abilities and communication strength.
