I'm organizing an event at the Indianapolis Convention Center and need a professional hostess for three days who can gracefully welcome guests and coordinate effectively with the event staff throughout the day.
• Event Duration - The event can last up to 8 hours. As such, the hostess should be prepared to stay for the entire duration.
• Main Tasks:
Welcome guests: The hostess should have excellent people skills and a warm demeanor. She should also know how to present herself and greet guests. The hostess will be the first contact point at the event, thus making her role crucial in setting the tone for the event.
- Coordinate with event staff: The hostess should be able to effectively liaise with the event staff to ensure the smooth running of the event. Experience in this aspect would be a plus.
Ideal skills for this job include superb customer service skills, strong communication skills, and experience in hosting or event planning.
