	Description:	People come to Subscription-Service.com and fill out forms requesting information on various topics. At present, mailings on these topics are sent when we are able to rent the list to an advertiser. As example, someone who asks for information on desktop computers will eventually receive news of sales, discounts, special offers etc regarding desktop computers. I'd like to create an automated autoresponder type system that will deliver a customized email with specific information related to the new subscribers request immediately. The mails generated by the users subscribe request forms look like this: Affiliate - adguide Subscription-Service.com -------------------------- Subscription-Service.com/Employment-General.list, S ubscription-Service.com/STRESS_MANAGEMENT.list, Subscription-Service.com/COMPUTER_SKILLS.list, Subscription-Service.com/Employee_Incentives.list In this example, I would like the autoresponder system to read the form submission above and create a customized reply mail from the information I currently have available on the server on these 4 topics: employment, stress management, computer skills and employee incentives. As I picture it the script would: 1) read each of the list lines in the form submission above then, 2) grab the appropriate prepared text from a text file where I have stored the information on that specific topic and then, 3) assemble a new outgoing reply mail with standard introduction copy at the top, followed by the information retrieved in response to this users 4 specific topic requests. So the outgoing mail would look like this: 1. Intro paragraph 2. paragraph with employment info 3. paragraph with stress management info 4. paragraph with computer skills info 5. paragraph with employees incentives info 6. closing paragraph Each of these paragraphs would be retrieved from a separate text file and then combined to create the outgoing email. There would be a couple hundred different topic category text files. Many of them would be empty at any point in time. If the script can not find content in any of the requested files it should not send an email. This sounds like a PERL or javascript job to me. I'm open to suggestions. Thanks! Sincerely, Phil
