We need a very nice template for a Community forum. The template must be functional. The theme must match our logo. (please see attach file for logo). The Community forum must have the ability to post live (your own) topics instantly and visitors comment instantly. The community forum must good area for advertisements large and a lot small ones. The forum must also allow visitor to narrow down the area where they live.

The site must also allow rss feed (recent topics), to place on our original website.

IMPORTANT: Programmer will be selected by sending in it's mockup design along with the link to test website on your server.
This community forum site is just an addition to our original website.
