I am looking to have a Webcam & Chat site built the site must be built to work with red5 and with the following specifications.

The site will be member based and each member will be able to make a profile much like on a dating website. Each member will have the option to broadcast themselves to all of the other members whether they are logged in to the site or not. If members are not logged in then they will not be able to chat, but they will be able to watch live broadcasts.

There will be two types of membership offered to all members. Members who pay a subscription fee will be able to make the live stream go full screen and also be able to watch more than one member who is broadcasting, paid members will also be able to chat regardless of how many people are in the chat room - none paid members will be limited to the first 50 members, however, they should still be able to watch chat without any problems.

None paid members and guests who aren't signed into the site will also be limited to a standard size screen and only be able to watch one live stream at any one time even if they try and open up the site in more than one browser.

The home page will show all current members who are broadcasting themselves.

Members who are broadcasting will be able to ask for tips/coins from other members in return for thir performance and also set a time limit on how much they are looking to make within a certain time frame if they wish. There should also be a coin/tip counter showing other members how much the performer has made so far.

Members must also be able to request performing members to become friends like on a social network.

Members who have broadcasted should be able to see how much they have earned in tips/coins.

members will also have a comment section and a small bio on their profile.

Admin area.

In the admin area, the admins must be able to see all performers and have the option to ban & delete their account them if it is needed. Safeguards must be in place so that the banned used may not re-sign up to the site.

The admin area must also have access to how much has been made on the site in membership fees or tips/coins and how much is currently owed to anyone who has performed on the site.

we currently can not afford to have the site built for all languages, but we would like the winning bidder to continue to support the software once it is up and running and install new language files as needed.

Members must also be able to report any other member if they are abusing the site either by advertising, being underage or any other reason.

We will only work with programmers who are working for themselves, we will not work with any company who alread have similar software prebuild as we will want to make easy changes to the site as it evolves, so if you are a company, please do not bid on the project.

We will not work with anyone who asks for money upfront. and we will work on a milestone basis with direct payments going into escrow. With escrow being 100% safe, we will not release the money to the programmer until he/she has shown that the software fully works and is as bug free as possible.

You must have an Excellent command of english and before bidding, please ensure that you fully understand our needs for the site. Please note: whilst we are new to scriptlance, we are not new to the world of outsourcing websites. As stated in our description, we will not work with any programmer requesting money being sent directly to them in advance or otherwise!

Please ensure that you have fully read opur description before bidding! We will only work with programmers who are willing to accept scriptlances safeguards with escrow payments, and any payment will only be made with milestones set for each payment as the job progresses.

If you are not willing to accept these terms - again, please do not bid on our project!
