Notes: I'm looking to develop a mobile app that is link to our website. Website can take 1003 application and give loan status to clients and Realtor referral partners. Loan status and updated notes can be viewed by logging to website or mobile app. We want to be able to prequal customer for Max payment amount in system, realtor and customer will be able to input different loan prequalification scenarios and if less than or equal max payment, client and realtor will have the ability to email prequalification certificate (with company logo and signature) to desired destination.
