This is an elearning website, but also ecommerce. Please look at the wireframes as guideline, this is not the final version and the real implementation may change slightly. But the wireframe covers the main areas.

5. Mobile development experience is an advantage. Just to clarify, the Website pages is for a online e-learning website. Where student can view lectures, and courses, or listen to podcasts, video casts. Key traits of the web pages design are:

A. High quality presentation of website (very important)
B. Pages design would include, CSS ,HTML , photoshop, jquery
C. Pages, will need to accommodate Ajax , and clean interfaces(designer must have attention to detail)
D. We will provide user interface pointers based on existing wireframes(see below)
