I need a Video site

Simple thing with the following requirements:

- Site must be abele to show ONE single Video in the center of the screen (ca. 750 x 400)
- Site must be able to display ALL common video formats!
- Player must have usual functionalities: play, stop, slide position of time, sound on off.
- NO sharing! No Embedding
- Video will be changed every 24 hrs. NO archive, no replay after the 24 hrs
- one day one video, therefore no additional items
- Video must be uploadable from everywhere (remote) by the owner
- very important: site must be able to support tags for all advertising formats in the background
- must run on mobiles, ipads, iphones too
