I would like to do some SEO for an existing website. The SEO of this site was done before and now it requires some more work to reposition the keywords.
Therefore I will provide you with 15 Keywords. I would like to have the following works done for EACH of these 15 Keywords.

- Approved Social Bookmark = 25
- Approved Directory Links ( PR1+) = 10
- Approved Article Links = 10 ( Note: One article to be submitted in one Article directory, One Article should provide maximum 2 Links)
- Approved Press Release = 5
- Approved Blog Reviews = 3
- Approved Forum links = 5 ( Only from relevent forum)
- Approved Squidoo Lens = 1
- Approved Blog comments = 20 ( Only from relevent blogs)


The links should be from Unique C-class IPs. All Submissions should be manual using White Hat techniques.
I need the submission report Daily and on the Weeked I need the report on Approvals.
