Looking for a skilled designer to help transfer/transform some drawn images (by hand) and ideas into workable T-shirt designs.

must have:
-exellent comunication (changes are probable and ideas need to be exact)
-great attention to detail
-high level of experience in Photoshop/Illustrator
-viewable portfolio of previous work

There are so far 11 projects that need to be completed but this contest will act as a trial. The top contestant will be hired after the contest to finish the remaining projects (payment, timeframe and other details with be discussed privately after the contest has been completed.

THIS CONTEST:
A design for a T-shirt is needed. The theme is 'Japanese' and 'rock, paper, scissors'.

I want the background to be the Japanese rising sun (see attached photo) and to have each of the rock, paper and the scissors (attached photo is basic, please creat your own detailed characters) in cartoon form dressed as different forms of japanese fighters/warriors (examples: ninja, samurai, sumo wrestler etc).

Please be creative with this as much as possible. attention to detail is a must.

remember, the winning contestant will have the chance at a long business relationship with myself in the immediate future once the contest is over!
