I am using 4 plugins on my wordpress website hosted on my server that I need a couple small features edited. I need a simple drop down search feature in all 4 directories where the user can select the city to display results for the directory.

I need a couple features that are showing now to the user hidden

i need the thumbnail.com featured setup on the plugins to display the thumbnail next to the listing of the website. You can see attached what i mean, where it says "premium listing" is where i want the thumbnail of the listings website to display.
