As per the project description, I need *RELEVANT*, *HIGH PR* and *Do-Follow* Links with following conditions :

1. PR of the page (and not the domain) where you are placing the link must have PR>=2. (Exception : If you are giving me Maximum 25% i.e. 50 links from PR8 or more website then I'll accept PR of the domain as well.)

2. OBL : Total no. of Out bound links must not exceed 60.

3. BackLinks must be Permanent and must be generated using WHITE HAT Techniques.

4. Relevant Backlinks : ALL Links Must be from the SAME NICHE.

5. All Backlinks must be from different domains and class C IP addresses.

Requirements :

1. Total Backlinks : 200
2. Total Budget : Maximum $50
3. Niche : "Logistics"
4. Time : Within 3 Days.
