I have a website I need to perform link building for.

I have a list of about 800 directories I need to have the site submitted to. You will be paid on the POSTED directory results.

You can also obtain your own links and will be paid on the POSTED directory results.

Links must satisfy the following:
1. Mix of directories, blogs, networks, social media.
2. Links from Google approved websites.
3. Must not use "black hat" SEO tactics.
4. No "Link Farms"
5. Links must be obtained manually and individually, no blasting or auto submissions allowed. Links must be obtained steadily over a period of time.
6. Anchor text must use keywords related to the subject matter of the website.
7. Linking sites should be related-One way PERMANENT links only. No link exchanges.
8. link (each) must come from a separate domain
9. link must come from unique class C IP address
10. No links from forum, blog comments or article sites!!!
11. The page where link is located must be at least PR 1
12. No NOFOLLOW links
13. Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty.
14. links must be from English-language websites only.
15. links must contain the given anchor text

Please provide a list of posted links at project completion, including linking page PR, linking page IP.

Please provide costs based on types of links you will generate.
