Looking for programmer to help experiment with a layered .psd and assist in applying JQuery in order to: 1. Zoom 2. scrolling 3. scale/rotate/reposition elements to power a sites navigation & experience.

Programmer should have examples to show, and prove expertise by moving around in the language swiftly, without having to learn as we go. Programmer must be available on chat and respond to emails quickly during the work week. Potential for some more work for the right person as well.
