I need someone who can build 100 PR3+ back links for language learning website. These need to be high quality and relevant links. Websites must be in English.
All links have to be on pages that are PR3+, not a domain of PR3+.

I will provide a list of keywords that I aim to get high in Google and will look for advice from the SEO expert on other keywords.


I require an excel spreadsheet report of list of links. This will need to include the anchor keyword, link, page rank and description

I will pay 10 days after completion date. After this duration I will see some results, I do not want fake hits, redirects or any other black hat techniques, I'm looking for quality. The site at the moment has no links back to it at the moment so monitoring success will be easy via Google webmaster tools and Google analytics.
