I have 2 newsletters for my blog: one for opting-in emails (invitations sent out by Newsletter Pro) and another for opting out emails (sending out newsletters using Aweber). Both have been installed. I need someone to explain and set-up all the user functions (e.g. load email lists, adjust installation on page, set parameters & options, understand whitelisting emails), instal scripts for passing information from one to the other, make up newsletter pages as necessary, do testing, etc. I need the MYSQL set to control the data collection/distribution process. Must know Newsletter and AWeber Newsletters, be able to setup a simple SQL DB, pass and collect info.

The job is complete when I can send and receive responses from users on both newsletter services.
