I'm looking for a webmaster to completely manage, drive traffic, update and improve my site etc.
You will be required to and have the skills to fully manage my site, eg search engine optimisation, linking, update products, weekly sales, engage my customers through Facebook with a weekly blog and do weekly website newsletters to subscribers( quality newsletter to be setup), grow Facebook fans, add new banners around the site when there is a sale or for the season eg Christmas, halloween etc, link blog to face book and twitter,  create an exciting site customers want to return to,  increase sales, add new products and descriptions. From time to time here maybe programing involved to upgrade the site, add items to eBay, any of your ideas would be appreciated to help improve the site.

I want my site to be a leader in the market
Basically we want someone to take the site under their wings and help us improve it and grow it. 

We will provide lists of what we want every week and every month, all images, descriptions, colours sizes, sales. But I need you to implement it in a professional high quality, on time and regularly..

My site is a Zen Cart and sell within Australia but would mind increasing this to other countries 

A full evaluation of the site needs to be completed by successful company to determine best coarse of action and areas needing improvement 
We would like you to advise on new ideas and concepts for the site.

You must be skilled in all areas listed above including English, grammar and feel you are capable of the job and have the time and resource to manage the site successfully.

I would like to arrange a monthly fee for most parts of this job and agree on set rates for  jobs like adding new products, update of website etc.

Please let me know what you think and what you would charge for this partnership, I would like you to reply with a schedule of how you would do the job on weekly and monthly  

You must be able to communicate very well as we will need to work together and be in contact all the time
