    Using C# write a console application that will screen scrape the Top Prizes Remaining for Current Scratchers Games (http://www.calottery.com/Games/Scratchers/TopPrizes/) the results should create a csv file in the format of TicketPrice,GameNumber,GameName,Prize,PrizesClaimed,PrizesAvailable
    where every line has all information filed in. The .csv filename should include the date scraped.
    I will want the .sln file and all source code.
