I'm looking for someone to help increase traffic and search engine results for my Mobile Phone website. I need someone who can build 100 PR4+ back links for this mobile phone website. These need to be high quality and permanent. Websites must be English speaking, UK based and preferably from a .co.uk (not essential) All Links have to be on pages that are PR4+, not a domain of PR4+.
Please bid if you have the skills to generate good quality links that will increase the traffic and Page Rank of the given website. .
I will provide a list of keywords that I aim to get high in Google and will look for advice from the SEO expert on other keywords.

I require an excel spreadsheet report of list of links. This will need to include the anchor keyword, link, page rank and description
I will pay 30 days after completion date. After this duration I will see some results, I do not want fake hits, redirects or any other black hat techniques, I'm looking for quality. The site at the moment has no links back to it at the moment so monitoring success will be easy via Google webmaster tools and Google analytics.
Please do not bid if you have no link building experience.
Links must not be made using any black hat techniques or automate generation. Black hat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. We have the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the following rules. Any freelancer knows what's Black and what's White so please keep it genuine.
RULES:
Links must be “white hat”
No black hat or Grey hat tactics. (sorry to repeat myself)
NO ARTICLE or Directory Sites
Sites should be 2 Years plus in age.
Links must be strictly from: Google PR4+ pages
No iFrame links
Back link pages must relate to site topic. In this instance contract mobile phones
One-way manual links only
No link blasting software
Back links must be on a www. And not a subdomain
Links must be from English language websites only
Links must be from UK geographical location preferably .co.uk
Links must be permanent and static HTML. You agree to replace any links which are
removed within 6 months after placement
Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, indexable and do-follow
Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active
Maximum outgoing links on page can NOT exceed 30
Pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 30-60 days
Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses
Maximum of one link per domain name unless a high PR domain carries SEO weight
No article directories, link farms, profile links, forums, spam sites, web rings, adult sites, bookmarking sites, or link directories
Links should be from technology, mobile, shopping topic based websites
Links must be submitted on a staggered deployment basis to avoid any penalties: don't place all links at once (A true SEO master knows this. Please provide further info in PM)
No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable
Reports must be submitted, reviewed, and approved upon completion prior to payment
NOT ALLOWED:
No directory submissions
No forum posts
No article submissions
No profile links
No links from guest books
No black hat and other unethical SEO spam techniques.
No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text
No robots.txt blocking
No links from Google banned sites
No links form fake PR sites
No use of automated software or bots
No ping sites
No links from under construction pages
No java links
No jump scripts
No framed pages
No redirects
No cloaking
No CSS redirects
No 301 redirects
No dynamic links
No flash sites/pages
No hidden links
No string parameters
No rented links
No link farms and link exchange programs or web rings such as backlinks.com, Gotlinks.com, Linkpartners.com, LinksToYou.com etc.
No links from "bad neighborhood" sites (e.g. link farms, porn and so on), ping sites, etc.
REPORTING:
The link building report should be in excel with the following fields:
Date link is placed on link page
URL of link page
IP of link page
Google PR of link page
Number of outbound links from the linked page
Anchor Text used for the link
Target URL of the link that has been placed on the page
You will also show us how Google has picked up the new links.
100% of funds will be deposited in Scriptlance escrow; (Payable 30 days after completion of project)
I will verify all links remain in place prior to payment and monitor for 6 months after placement. (Any lost links will be replaced)
Lastly i will also verify improvement in search engine results. If these requirements are not met, project is considered incomplete and no funds will be deemed payable.
