I need a simple program where it will be like a window when opened, once its opened the only websites allowed to visit with in the program will be the bookmarks and shortcuts within the program. If the person clicks on a link to go outside the domain or website an error box will show up asking them to have the redirection authorized by inserting the preset password, plus it will also ask them if they also want to register that domain or site as an authorized site. If they click yes, it will automatically save it in bookmarks.
Obviously the Preset password will be set by the Authorized person at the start when the program is first run, it will ask for the password.
This program will not allow people to roam the internet without the authorization of the password setter whom will control what domains or websites they can visit.
The program will also check online every time it opens for registration and if out of registration it will automatically open to the PayPal window for payment.
