Hi,
I am using WordPress plugin called Secure File on my website for sharing documents among different users. I customized the pluggin to my requirements. I am experiencing an issue with the plugin - It uploads a file twice. From the two files uploaded, one opens fine and other throws an error message. Ideally, it should only upload a file once. Now this does not happen every time so it makes it hard to replicate unless you try it couple times.

I am looking for someone who is good at progamming and can resolve this issue. I would need an explanation as though why it's happening and how you are going to fix it.
