I need this to make tests quickly


4 fields to fill

1 - enter list of ip's
2 - url 1 to visit
3 - url 2 to visit
4 - user defines percentage of visits from page 1 to page 2

bot will visit url 1
then randomly bot will visit url 2
define by percentage of visits

example

visit url-1 100 times with 100 different ips
one random ip will visit url-2 for a 1% visit

I don't care what language long as it works
for the right person this could done in your sleep


All software created developer is to deliver all source code to me to do with it as I please. All rights to this software will be turned over to me.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement)
