The work is to make the email design process from start to finish a lot easier.

In this PDF you'll see 4 steps, each are designed to shorten the steps in the current method to make to easier for users to design their emails.

The 3rd page shows a template gallery / shop in which to select templates by category or author. This functionality will need to be added to the current admin area as at the moment it only allows template input, not author or category info, see (admin-alts.pdf) http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?snsbfqfz936pws5 for a view of how the input of a template is now and the second showing how we need to amend it to allow this extra search for templates in the builder.

In the above PDF of admin alts, the last 2 pages are to add an extra field to the Uploads tab so that user GB allowance is restricted and not unlimited. The field input will be in GBs.

1. No change to current set up
2. Add subject field for email subject line (see as-it-is-now.pdf page 5)
3. Add search templates / authors, author name (is a hyperlink), image, template title, a blank template to design your own, categories, import template HTML and use previous campaign (it's a modified version of as-it-is-now.pdf page 4). Import HTML and use previous campaign are already features, they just need moving here
4. Add content – see designer-tabs.pdf
5. Sharing links are now in page and not a drop down and shows the campaign email preview in page. All functions here are done expect the preview – rest is simply moving objects around

• Add email preview to each page
• Add numbers at top and remove from bottom (settings, gallery…)
• Preview email at any time by clicking preview in browser or by email – this is already a feature, just needs moving to each page

1. ‘Add modules' is to add columns for input into. 1, 2, 3 or 4 columns in which to then add text or images – ask if unsure
2. Select a column, then type to add text – you see it as you type. Option to input HTML is already a feature but not clear so needs making into a button in green (see PDF)
3. Sync with Flickr will show all their images in the gallery like PDF
4. Attach a file is already a feature, just move it to its own page like the PDF (Flickr, upload and URL linked images in one page)
5. Upload to media library is already a feature but hidden, so we need to move it to show in ‘Images' tab.
