I need a Payment calculator, that has 3 options.

It should show 1 calculator, but if they click any of the other 2 options, it dyanmically changes the calculator to the chosen Option.

How our fee structure works
Our fees are based on a one time application fee of $125.00 with an additional fee based on a percentage of your annual rent. This additional fee covers our handling, underwriting, and processing.
Example: If your anticipated rent is $1000/mo, your annual rent is $12,000. We charge roughly one month's rent for our guarantor services.
Application fees are not paid in full until you are approved
Should you decide to use our services, Step 1 is free – just fill out the application.
Should you continue to Step 2, an initial fee of $50 is charged per applicant. This covers a background and credit report. Once approved, an additional charge of $75 covers our processing and handling and is paid in addition to your first payment to us. (Our fees are paid independently of your rent to your landlord.)

DIFFERENT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE

Different payment options are available

*1 - Payment upfront. A 10% charge ($1,200) is calculated based on your annual rent. Using the example above, the fee would be $1,200 plus our processing fee of $75.

* 2 Two payments. A 12.5% charge ($1,500) is applied. Example: 1st payment - $750 up front plus our processing fee of $75. 2nd payment - $750 due within 30 days

*3 - Three payments. A 15% charge($1,800) is applied Example:
1st payment - $900 up front plus our processing fee of $75.
2nd payment - $450 due within 30 days
3rd payment - $450 due within 60 days

I would need this calculator created with tableless css, and all the graphics to look similar.
