We are looking to develop our website for our business “Colour Is Us”: domain colourisus.com

The purpose of the website is to provide a platform through which we can run our education and design business and to find new customers.

The attached pdf illustrates exactly how we want the finished product to look, so any bids on this project should be able to meet these specific design requirements.
Apart from the static design shown in the preview pdf, we want to have some animations to make the design more fluid and dynamic.
We accept development of the site using Wordpress, Joomla or Drupal, but ONLY IF this design can be copied exactly and all the requirements listed below are met.

REQUIREMENTS
• Developer must have excellent English capabilities and show a willingness to communicate during the development.
• Follow the exact proportions and design of the preview pdf (it is based on the geometrical golden ratio so any changes are likely to destroy how the website looks).
• Animations are not shown in the preview pdf but needs to be a part of the final website, we have some ideas on the type of animations we want but we are open to suggestions.
• A backend system for registering and creating customer profiles. Once logged in, the customer should find that their account features their registered details, order history, and a board of shared documents. This registration should also generate an automatically updating mailing list so we can send monthly newsletters to customers easily. When people want to create their account they need to fill in all the necessary information and agree to a non-disclosure agreement. We need to be able to upload documents and files to individual customer profile accounts.
• Our domain and website site is hosted at the web hotel/server system one.com. This hosting at one.com also includes storage space that can be used to store profile information.
• The back-end system created for registration and creation of customer profiles need to be written in PHP and MySQL to be compatible with one.com.
• A payment option, for instance an automatic invoice generator which produces an invoice for the customer when an order is placed.
• The site should feature three languages (Swedish, English, Russian), Swedish/Russian content will be added by us after development.
• The site should be fully functional on all major web browsers (IE 6-10, Opera, Firefox, Safari, Chrome etc).
• Once the development is finalized and you are paid, we need to own the rights to the code.

Comments on functionality/design:
• The tabs in the top menu should become filled when hovered over, as seen on page 2 of preview pdf.
• The right secondary menu contains the pages that should be included within each tab of the top menu.
• Not all the individual pages have been drawn out in the preview.
• All Images and content will be provided by us, the images featured in the preview pdf are only there to show the layout.

Suggestions of animations:
• The graphic on the first page can transform in shape by having geometric shapes move individually (think Transformers).
• When the “Log In” box comes in contact with the mouse cursor a black line in drawn to the box and the box is filled (it becomes black).

In your bid, please confirm that you understand the requirements and tell me what you would do with the site if I accepted your offer.

Please think about and include any ideas for animations with your bid as well.
