Simply looking for very good web designer to create a similar layout to the link below - BUT - the design needs to be nicer, slicker and clean. I like the shadows behind all panels and the smooth images. There are actually not to many images needed. Most of it is CSS backround colors. What I need is for you to design different and nicer panels, buttons, etc...

The final design will need to be implemented by you as an ExtJs theme which will look similar to the layout of the link below.
