I need a very simple PHP quiz script similar to http://www.chacha.com/topic/work-at-home/quiz/634/which-ansell-activarmr-glove-fits-you

Each question will be on one page. When the user goes to the next question of the quiz, they will click "Proceed" or something similar and then the next question will come up.

Each question is multiple choice. Each answer (option A, B, C, or D) has a number. For example, the first answer (Answer A) may be assigned as 1 and the fourth answer (Answer D) may be assigned as 4. At the end of the quiz, the numbers will be added up to direct the user to the appropriate result page. For example, if the added up number falls between 50 and 60, they user will be directed to a specific page.

For each result page at the end of the quiz, I need a counter that will count the number of people that have landed on that page. That number, I must be able to display on another page. Basically, create a variable to show the number of hits on that page. And then by putting a small PHP string, it will echo the number of hits. This is to show the number of people that have taken the quiz.
