I would like a backlink tool that will unite a bunch of websites with reciprocal links pages so everyone links to everyone else.

How it works:

1. Webmaster comes to my site and enters his URL and then my script generates two files. One file is a XML code that he must upload to his website to prove he owns it. The other is a links page which the user must upload to his website and link to.

2. Everyday the script will check to see if the links page is up and if all the links appear on it properly. If not, then it will remove that webmaster from the program and remove his URL from the community of webmasters who use the tool properly.

3. The script should be smart enough to detect if the webmasters have a link on their page which directs visitors to the links page, so they don't cheat.

4. All the websites who participate will have links posted to all the other websites who participate.

The script should be smart enough to make the links page on all the sites appear like a normal web page so the search engines will spider all the links and the backlinks will boost the rankings of all the participants.

NOTE: I don't use escrow.
