Overview of Project
Business Need: I need a Lead management system built in PHP to gather leads from many lead sources and many verticals. Once receiving the lead we need to qualify the leads in a “QC” collection database and have the ability to modify fields and then distribute the leads online to our clients via URL/HTTP.

Lead buyers receive their leads within seconds if the system is automated
• Can work as either an exclusive system or non-exclusive system (leads just going to one client or many client's)
• Ability to charge different lead buyers different rates
• Reporting module to track your lead sources, lead buyers, profits, lead returns
• Custom duplicate periods, if data is already in system it will be marked as a duplicate and
rejected.
• Distribute leads in real time
• Deliver leads to buyers via post or ping HTTP trackback/post: Handles both static/dynamic inbound ping/post from vendors as well as static/dynamic ping/post responses from buyers
• Sell leads exclusively, non-exclusively, semi-exclusively
• Export leads via CSV
• Ability to generate Posting instructions per lead type with corresponding subid
• Ability to accept ping post leads from vendors
• Customer Built lead type field specification for building posting instructions
• Respond to pinging vendor
