Image Website - additional product type

I have a image website (http://goo.gl/GOZ5L) based on smarty template that sells images. Each image has product types based on available JPEG sizes.
However, I need the system to offer an additional product type whenever an images has also an EPS as file format: http://screencast.com/t/t5WjXzG9STif
The functionality is already build into the system but is not working automatically right now
I need someone who communicates and can do this in a timely manner.

Additional Info (Added 2/3/2012 at 10:59 EST)...Just to clarify. Photographers upload EPS and JPEG files to the server. right now the software is recognizing JPEG but not creating automatically an EPS product type. I need the final result to look like this
