I want to design a website and want the design to be integrated to a contest script.

What I need ?
1. A fresh, unique and excellent website design for my site.
2. Coding of the design.
3. Integration of the design into the script. (using the base design page make all the other pages needed for script)

The contest script should be bought from makecontest.com and then the designed page should be integrated into the script and all the subpages made accordingly.
