I am looking for a programmer that has experience in creating Real Estate Broker websites. IDX is very important. There needs to be a backend where I will be able to update and modify the website. It should be very user friendly so that not only I but others in my office will be able to update it. It should be able to create custom searches that will enable putting listings on to the website that will ultimately need to syndicate throughout the web. Seo is also important.
