PC based application or plugin that will synch MS Outlook via a cloud host between TWO installations running on TWO different computers. Can be prototyped to work via regular web hosting but should be accomplished only using an Internet connection and an application installed on each of the two computers on which Outlook resides. . Should function similar to the way carbonite.com works. Should work with common versions of Outlook to the most recent version and be upgradeable.
