    I need a designer / SEO person who can create a (better-looking)clone of this site: c i g a r e t t e c o u p o n . n e t

    I want it to be optimized for all the same keywords, and basically reverse-engineered, so I can hopefully get similar results (though I'm not sure how much of the success of the site above is due to OFF-SITE SEO - incoming links, etc.).

    The site will need to have similarly-written (but not plagiarized) posts/articles - like the ones on the site above.

    I need to have this done cheap - will probably start in 1-2 weeks. I know this is 'dirt cheap' but I'm really looking to have the whole site done for $50.
