I need someone who has experience with google reconsideration requests to help me to remove a google penalty on my site.

I recently had 2 problems with my site:

1. the htaccess file had been hacked and my site was appearing in google results with a different sites Title and Description.

2. My site started to appear with the IP address in the google results.

It was roughly at this time that i noticed the rankings drop significantly and i knew i had a penalty as my site did not rank for its name.

I got both these problems fixed...removed the htaccess hack and a redirect for the IP address was put in place in htaccess file.

Both these problems disappeared but penalty was still there.

I submitted a reconsideration request to google explaining what had happened and received the standard response that my site still violated their guidelines.

I require someone to do a check on my site and help me make the changes necessary to have the penalty lifted.
