Need to have business name, address, and phone data scraped for businesses listed on this site. There are less than 300 addresses so this could be a data entry job.

They list businesses to get your car exhaust inspected. They split the data into two categories: one for 1996 and new er cars and places that can test all cars of any age.

Output: we need the data in one tab delimited text file with fields for:
1 Business Name
2 Business Street Address1
3 Business Street Address2 (in case there is data)
4 Business State
5 Business Zip Code
6 Business Phone
7 Type of Cars tested (either 96 and newer or all models)

and we need the data successfully loaded into google maps.
