We are looking for an experience web programmer and WordPress expert to develop a custom WP plugin for one of our clients. Currently, our client has a feature on their WP website that is all hard code and they want to turn it into a plugin. The plugin will allow our client to easily add, delete and update their employees' profile.

If you look at the attached screenshot, you will notice there is a main image, a text bio that goes with the main image, and thumbnails of other employees. The functionality on the web page involves the following:

1. Each time a visitor visit or refresh the web page, the main image and bio text will show a different employee.

2. When visitor click on the "personal" link below the main image, the visitor will see the employee's personal bio. They can switch back to the employee's professional bio by clicking on the "professional" link. The professional image and bio will always show first when the web page load.

3. Visitor can view the professional and personal bio of another employee by clicking on the image thumbnail of that employee. However, if they are viewing the "personal" bio of the current employee, the bio of the employee they selected will also show the "personal" bio.

Now, what do we want to WP plugin to be able to do?

1. The plugin will be installed into WP 3.3.1. There will be an admin area for our client to easily add, delete and update their employees' professional and personal page. This include the ability to upload images and change copy without touching any hard code.

2. The plugin will function like the hard code version. We will provide the winning bidder with a copy of the hard code version.

3. The WP plugin will work and display correctly in IE 6, 7, 8, 9, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.
