- Description: I have a real estate client that is looking for a virtual assistant to perform the following duties on a Monday-Friday 40 hours a week basis:
Daily Routine:
Update many websites (i.e. Trulia.com, Zillow.com, RealEstateBook.com, Homes.com, Craigslist.com, BackPage.com, etc) with properties for sale. This process includes:
Taking assignments from BaseCampHQ.com
Obtaining information for task via FTP
Posting Pictures
Filling out online forms
Updating BaseCampHQ.com when task are completed
Requirements:
Must be familiar with www.BaseCampHQ.com and/or project management software.
Must be proficient in the use of FTP client (i.e. Filezilla, CuteFTP etc.)
Must be available via Skype 9am-5pm (GMT -5:00) Monday-Friday no exceptions.
Assignments must be available to complete task real-time without any delays.
Must be fluent in English (speaking and writing).
Must be a fast learner.
Payment:
Pay is rendered via PayPal every two weeks. Client currently pays contractor in India $490 (total) a month for the services outlined above. However, is willing to increase their budget for the right candidate. - Tags:
