I am looking for 70 PR4+ one way (non reciprocal) high-quality relevant permanent links, with various anchor texts,
linking to a my site.

I will use 4 keywords x25 = 100 links

Often stated rules, which you would be very well aware of if you are right person to take this project:

-NO directories
-PR4+ link pages
-Must be DO FOLLOW links
-At least 10 PR5+ pages
-At least 5 PR6+ pages
-All links should be posted to sites that are related in type of content and nature of target customers
-Shopping, classified or job sites must not be considered
-Adult or Gambling sites should also be ignored
-Must not be on a re-direct page
-the page where our link will be posted must not have more than 50 out-bound links
-The link must be live for at least 4 months from the day it is placed
-Must not place more than 1 link per domain, must all be on unique IP's
-Each link must have a relevant comment along with it. This comment should not be same for more than 2 sites. The comment or other form of content that goes along with the link must be in correct English with correct spelling and grammar. This content must be unique. It will be tested for its uniqueness.
-Submit to Web/links directories or article sites will not be considered
-No link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, google banned site, blackhat website, porn, political extremist, religious extremist, frame site or any illegal sites
-No FFA, guestbooks, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links from link exchanges etc. and never participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs.

I would need information related to links posted in an excel sheet-Site Url, link Url, the IP Address, Google ranking and country of each site you have added

50% of the Payment will be placed into escrow after all 100 links have been placed and verified. The remaining 50% of payment will be made only after the links have been cached by Google.
