I have a full ASP .Net invoicing app that needs to be ported to PHP and MySql. I will provide full source code for port. I will provide the URL of the app to review after you PM me. Before bidding, please;

1. Ask for URL to the current ASP .Net app
2. Review the app and provide a rough estimate for port
3. Provide a brief project plan with your bid
4. Provide 3 references directly related to your PHP/MySql work

If you cannot comply with the 3 steps above prior to bid then PLEASE DO NOT BID.

I UNDERSTAND IF YOU WANT TO RECIND YOUR BID. We will pay only 10% escrow at project kickoff. We will release it after Milestone 1. Afterward, we will place 40% in escrow and release it after successful completion. If Milestone 2 is not completed to satisfaction (after acceptible revisions) we will cancel the project and request a refund of the 40% escrow. If it is successful, we will continue the project.
