We already have Vbulletin 4.0 Publishing Suite installed and require some configuration and some custom additions which will require coding in order to deliver what we need.

The concept is to have a marketplace for digital products, discussion forum, and restricted areas for paid members as well as an affiliate system for referrals and an affiliate system that can be used by those publishing in our marketplace.

Membership levels to include:
1. Free
2. Paid (Standard) (Paypal & Clickbank options - subscription)
3. Paid (Pro) (Paypal & Clickbank options - subscription)
(auto-add members to autoresponder list service (Aweber & one other option)
NB. Ability to offer commissions to Joint venture partners who refer paid members.

FREE:
limited access to content
Can add a signature to post on threads containing 2 lines (no hyperlinks)

PAID (Standard):
Greater access to content
Can add a signature to post on threads containing 3 lines (including ONE hyperlink)
Can create a sales page and list a product on the marketplace (each item listed is a separate thread in marketplace) - additional fee is payable for every product posted.
Can purchase graphical banner option for signature (to include one graphical banner (size to be set by admin) clickable and 6 lines of text with hyperlinks on each line possible
Can apply to members selling products in the marketplace to be an affiliate

PAID (Pro):
Greater access to content
Can add a graphical banner - (banner size limitations width & height set in admin panel) signature to post on threads containing 6 lines (including 6 hyperlinks)
Can create a sales page and list a product on the marketplace (each item listed is a separate thread in marketplace)- discounted fee is payable for every product posted.
Can apply to members selling products in the marketplace to be an affiliate
Access to additional download areas
Can purchase banner ads on the forum
Back-end sales system - control prices of sales, set limits of quantity to be sold, price increments on sales, set buy now buttons (linked to Paypal) to go into sales pages, administer affiliates, view sales stats.


The Marketplace

Paid members can list products for sale in the marketplace for a fee.
Listing a product listing includes a WYSIWYG editor for members to create a sales page
Product listings to be approved by admin before being listed
Seller can set a % commission for affiliates who apply to promote the product
Seller can approve affiliate applications
Seller can auto-approve affiliate applications based upon number of posts made by an applicant or the length of time the applicant has been a member of the forum
Admin to receive a minimum 50% commission on sales of any products that admin promotes through banners on the site or email marketing
Sales stats for sellers
Sellers can pay a fee to bump a product to the top of the list (only available AFTER a product has reached bottom of the third page - admin to set number of products listed on a page)


Notes: All final code to be supplied to us in an unencrypted form. All custom code should be well commented.
