This project will require webmaster/programming work for 2 pages of my site. You will be incorporating a header and other images I am having designed in a separate project, which you may also bid on if qualified.

Below are instructions for what I want done to the "Blog" page. Elance would not let me use more characters, so I put the "Squeeze" page instructions in the attachment below.

Blog Page

The homepage of my website is a blog-style content page, located at: http://www.truebelievingmormons.com -- I am using the Optimizepress theme,
and when this page looks the way I want it to I intend to duplicate it for use on all other blog style pages of my site, or otherwise you will be changing the CSS of the site so all walks I'll pages look alike except for the content.

This page will need the following work:

* Install a black horizontal bar spanning across the top of the screen, above the header. I may want to put social media badges up here, or I may change my mind but I want to know the costs either way. I can provide to you four or five of these graphics, and each of them will need to function as a link to Like or Follow me on twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Google plus circles, and an e-mail subscription graphic.

* Install and position a new header for the page. It will need to span the fully from the left background to the right background and link to the homepage if clicked on. I am posting jobs elsewhere to design this header, but if you can do it to let me know.

* I would like to replace the site's solid blue background with an image file that I have. However, the image file is about 6 cm x 6 cm and I don't want it looking like a tile arrangement. You will need to either find some way to stretch the file so it covers the entire background, or find a way to make a background out of tiles without it looking like tiles.

* I intend to have four or five links in the navigation bar to my second tier keyword pages. I may need some help in making the text displaying in the navigation bar for each page different than the exact title of the content, so there is less text.

* I am removing the delayed pop up and will be using either of two WordPress plug-ins I have -- WordPress super pop up or the one from big selling optins. Their process of creating opt in forms sounds straightforward, but I may need help coding the auto responder set up, or otherwise protecting the size and look of the pop-up form. The pop-up will include text and graphics, which I can either have made and provided to you or you can make.

* I will be using a slide up footer from OptinCrusher at the bottom of my page. I may need help changing it, and the graphic used in it. Let me see about that, but let me know if you have experience with this.

I am asking for bids on the whole project, as I don't want to run into surprises and I feel these instructions are detailed enough to know what work will be involved.

Please let me know your typical rate, in case I need anything additional done that I have not mentioned in the project, or for future projects. But I am only seeking bids here for the total cost of completing the project.

Also, I am looking for your estimate of # of hours it will take you to complete this, as I often get bids out of touch with how long it will really take to do the work.
