I would like to create a website that people can enter details of their solar pv system into that will create a performance index that they then can compare with others.

The details will include, location, cost, size of system, and date installed. the web site will process the info and give the customer a performance index attached to a map. I would like to store the info entered into the site for reference.

I would also to integrate this automatically with a calculator called PVGIS (you can find this on google) and give them the results.
