I am looking for an online/offline Learning management system (Online courses, tests).

It needs to have its own content management system, with very simialr capabilities to PowerPoint and Lectora. Administrators need to be able to create online learning courses/exercises that can be taken online by users. This system needs to be intergrated into different websites.

The results of the courses/test need to be stored on a database where website administrators can review results and add comments etc.

AS mentioned this needs to be useable online but with offline capabilities (i.e dummy local servers PUTTY etc).
Similar capabilities to PowerPoint and Lectora(more so this software).

I am looking for highly rated programmers that have had successful projects in a simialr nature, have very very good English and are reliable and able to stick to deadlines. The system will need to be developed from scratch and the process of creating courses and exercises will be detailed.

It will also need to have different levels of access.

The websites will need to be able to create reports of the courses/exercises taken and also include many filtering systems i.e By name, mark, course, exercise, company etc. The sites will also need to have different levels of access. For administrators, managers, user managers, users etc.

I understand the brief at this time is limited, again consider the functionality or POwerPoint and lectora.

The courses/exercises will need to be able to be exported in several formats including SCORM.
