    Sage CRM Plug-ins
    This application will be a plug-in or add-on to SageCRM. The first part is that a SageCRM user will be able to click on contact name, and it will bring up an SMS screen already filled with contacts phone number. The user will be able to send SMS to the contact by typing in his message and Click Send.
    Also, this application will be able to listen on case. When a client enter/submit a case/ticket while the case is being assigned, the supervisor or the person assigning the case should be able to set/configure the case to trigger an SMS and or email alert to a specify SageCRM user when the case has aged, that is the time-line elapsed without the case being treated.
