Bulk upload of Items to Amazon - excel help

- Description: We have csv files from our database that we have found asins for and all required fields are filled out but are not able to upload to Amazon for some reason. Possibly a template issue and may need a re-write for our template. Approximately 7500 SKUs in groups of 50 to 500 per spreadsheet.
We also have excel files that I am receiving from manufacturers from their ftp that we would like to bulk upload to Amazon. They do not have ASIN numbers. I have item #/manufacturer/title/descriptions, some have UPC codes, some don't. The items are already listed on Amazon by other sellers and I would like to add my items to the already existing Amazon inventory. Approximately 50,000 SKUs to be uploaded over next 90 days.
We pay quickly and will be fair with any person that can do what we need. We will have steady work entailing these kinds of tasks and upcoming web integration and maintenance.
