The idea is a "custom lock app" that allows the locked phone to be touched and create different colors and effects while it is locked.

The different colors and effects should be activated by touching the screen while it is locked. The colors and effects only purpose is looking pretty.

The app could be incorporated into the native "lock" function on the IOS or android, but that may be more difficult, then just creating an app that works like a lock. I expect programmers to explain which way is better.

Details of the "colors and effects" are for watching the screen react to touching it, with fading colors and tails where the screen was touched.

To unlock the phone there should be a particular gesture (like a Z motion) that exits the app (unlocks the phone). We'll call it the "unlock gesture".

For purposes of this project, the "colors and effects" can be made how the programmer finds easy (to keep cost down). Future projects may have new functions for the lock screen of the "custom lock app", such as incorporating media files (sounds and pictures). Future projects may also want to have a customizable "unlock gesture"


This project is priced for Demo / proof of concept.

It has to have:
Function of "locking" the phone
Allowing "touch effects and colors" while locked
Have an "unlock gesture" to unlock / exit the app
