This project is for the music industry and requires strong design and HTML/CSS skills as well as a good CREATIVE eye.

The work required for this project is to design and layout 1 registration page and 4 much less complex pages.
All 5 pages are part of a registration workflow.

The very basic look and feel is set out on the first page but I need you to take the pages from the conceptual stage onto being professional and slick.

The Blueprint CSS Framework (http://blueprintcss.org/) has been used. Please continue to use it if possible as the form elements have already been styled.

In summary, the following is needed:

PAGE 1)

The first page of registration contains all the form data and required information such as hyperlinks. Please look at the attachment, register_page_1.zip.

The page currently has no design applied to it as it is still a concept- it needs to be designed from scratch. The "meat free monday" logo is just a placeholder for the logo that will eventually take it's place so please feel free to leave it or put a div block (with a different background colour) in it's place; whatever goes there, the same amount of space needs to be occupied. The logo will be part of the header.

HEADER:
For the header and the overall colour scheme I am looking for something along the lines of the header at: http://bluepixel.net/whatwedo/

The page needs the same blue foreground and similar background colours/gradients but the header height must be about half of what is found on bluepixel.net/whatwedo

The hyperlinks: List Audition or Job, Help, Sign In and Register must be bold, rounded css buttons that highlight (or depress) on hover.

The hyperlinks: Home, Auditions & Jobs, Musicians, My Account and My Network must be part of a navigation menu where the selected page is indicated on the navbar. You have creative license here but whatever you do it needs to look professional. The navbar links should also have a subtle on-hover effect.

The footer links: About Us, News, Press, Privacy and Contact Us should remain as appropriatly styled textual links.

The columns of checkboxes refer to two different things:
- The first 5 columns refer to Instruments
- The last column refers to Musical Styles.
*** There needs to be a visual separation between the two.

The size of the input forms and input form text should remain the same i.e. large.

The header (and nav) and footer of this page should be reused for the other 4 pages.
