Need following general specs for a pairs trading excel(and/or google docs sheet):

Excel spreadsheet with data feed from Interactive Brokers and from Google Finance (maybe a button to chose which one to use. Even better if spreadsheet could also be converted into google docs and receive same data feeds as for excel).

Ability to download interval price records from IB or Google finance (60 minutes for sake of argument, must be able to specify any time frames, including daily, weekly etc). so download closing (or opening, ask/bid etc) prices of for example SPY US and IWM US

check data and synchronize times/days that prices refer to (probably a function to specify start/ end time to use over however many days/months of data needed, so download X /Y for the last 40 days, from 8am to 16:30 pm)

ability to update spreadsheet automatically or by pressing command, this for totality of pairs under scrutiny. Ability to create brand new pair trade with two new instruments.

Carry out a series of calculations on the data, to be presented in a series of graphs and stats. Ability to specify ratio or difference between instruments for calculations and outputs (eg. (SPY * 3) / or -(IWM *5). Ability to use log of prices to carry out calculations e.g. LOG(SPY)- LOG(IWM)

Pop up alarms,colours etc when certain parameters are reached (maybe a GUI with toggle on/off sound alarm, visual etc). Ability to receive SMS or email with alarm

Ability to send a trade into Interactive Brokers from the spreadsheet (or google docs if possible). Also ability to automate order sending by choosing parameters as triggers, stops, closing of positions, size, ratio between instruments etc)
