I have an existing NNTP news server (INN2) (dictatorshandbook.net) running on openSUSE 11.3 Linux. And I have a working Apache2 installation on the same server (http://www.dictatorshandbook.net).

I am trying to get NewsPortal (http://amrhein.eu/newsportal) PHP script to run on that server. Code is installed but does not work. When working, it provides an HTML/web interface to an NNTP server (see http://forum.dictatorshandbook.net).

Your job: make that script work. It's not a big or complex script, but I don't know PHP well enough myself. It may involve updating old PHP code. Successful completion may lead to follow up work (captcha integration or other anti-spam initiatives - to discuss after this job is complete).
